I've had 2 (never again), my friend had 2 (on his 3rd), and I've seen over a dozen carfax's when I was searching for a BMW. It doesn't need to be out of warranty to be unreliable, there is plenty of servicing that's non-maintenance.

On second thought, are the TRD Pro Taco's really $50K? You can get a 4Runner TRD for less, but if you needed a bed, go with a Tundra TRD Pro, not made in mexico, for $50K.

Should be. But if it wasn't on the RO, then it def wasn't. Just like when I bought a 19K mi CPO car and the tires were scalloped at 24K mi service, yet my roads are fresh and smooth. So an alignment should have been checked or done, but was obv never done.

Sounds like they didn't do an alignment or didn't do it properly. They technically on the hook, or at the very least, pro-rated.
