They were literally coiled up the bolt and I unthreaded them by hand. How do you use a breaker bar in such a tight area?

Negative the threads came out of the hole, like literally came out of the hole, top piece of the caliper that has the piston in it is the piece I am referring to, you remove 2 bolts to remove it to get to the pads, Now i went and bought a new caliper and can't remove the bolts that attach them...

I was changing the rear brakes today first one easy as could be 2nd not so much threads came right out of the caliper cover and now the bolts will not tighten what do i do? buy a new caliper or buy a threading kit?

Getting ready to do the brakes and was wondering if there is a sticky somewhere for guidence?

Any interest in seperating them from the rims?

I may, Im undecided, money is always an issue and if I can save it anywhere possible without losing quality I'm going to, thats why I'm looking at the bilsteins as well. And it seems like OME price has inflated a few hundred since I had my FJ hahaha

well when I had my 07 FJ I never had to mess with the UCA's, so unless the 4runner is totally different this is all new to me...
