I was hooking this up a bit late last night and maybe I didn't splice into the harness correctly. It would blink red, then green for a bit, then red again and then it would just settle on a continuous quick red blinking pattern. :( I'll have to give it another shot this weekend.

I'm reading a lot about this double antenna issue. How many of you dealt with this? Did you just plug in the larger one? How's radio reception? Also, did everyone do the brake bypass thing?

On my dad's BMW, we decided to change the evaporator simply because everything else was tested and determined to function properly. You have no idea how suspenseful the situation was while we waited for the mechanic to refill the AC. Luckily, we made the right decision.

Yeah, evaporators are hard to get to. My dad was quoted over $2k on his E46 BMW, so I took it upon myself and fixed it over a weekend. What a job! I think pretty much all evaporators are in the same location...

I think the part is around $800 new. If you're at all mechanically inclined, you should be able to do it yourself over a weekend. This is not a reason to take a huge hit on a trade in.

Is this a Coverlay product? Does the airbag cover not interfere with the airbag operation at all? What about warranty against warping? Price? Shipping? Thanks! :)
