probably not very long at all. I wasted so many hours doing the same to my last SR5. After one car wash it started to peel away. I ended up having them painted with Line-X, looked awesome and no way in hell is it ever coming off.

I love my friends 08 Limited V8 4x4. The 4th gen was the last body style i really liked before they went bloated on the the 5th. If you get a good deal on it do it
