Hi! I have a 2005 SR5 and for the last week I have experiencing a lot of shuttering when I am driving. My mechanic said that it is probably a transmission problem and advised that I change the transmission fluid first before doing anything. How often am I supposed to change that fluid?

I have a non 4WD SR5-2005. Just wondering...never driven in snow before...so when do you need to put chains/cables on the tires? do i have to put them on whenever there's snow on the ground? Probably a really dumb question for all of you, but this is all new to me. Thanks a lot for the help~

wow horrible. guess it would be better to get the cables...or maybe one could run into the same problem with those too. but the cables seem like they are much easier to install. it will be my first time driving up to the snow and i just wanted to have some chains/cables just in case. thanks...
