I’m pretty sure you’ve checked already, but just in case... I was having the same issue in my 16 since new. Ended up changing the cabin air filter during my last oil change and noticed a HUGE difference. Used a cheapo fram cabin filter from Wally World. Stock filter didn’t seem too dirty either...
