Keep us posted...and pics would be great after the new stance if you're happy with the results. What was the reasoning for heavier springs up front?

My rear is definitely stiff, but not nearly as bad as what you're describing. I haven't measured but my rear is significantly over 2" if that helps. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me can chime in
