i too have removed the heat shield as the rattle was present with that as well will reshape and re-install i have removed that clamp re-adjusted, used an impact on it and it still will not sit right, impact tightened, wrench tightened no luck here...and is becoming annoying asf! :mad:

i thought about the same thing or getting an additional hanger tacked on the runner to hold in place above the axel :frusty:had i known clamp life would be so frustrating i might have decided other wise :help: so of ALL who have purchased who has had success with getting this situated right?:bump2:

Are you getting a rattle on your system? Today was my 3rd attempt at getting this aligned and properly seated adjusting all angles. So far after this attempt it always seats back at the same angle clearence. I'll give this a couple more days and see how it goes but I'm pretty sure it's gonna...

i followed jasons instructions and the given ones both ways and the clearance is minimal, i thought about removing the plate but not sure this is the first system ive installed on multiple vehicles that has been the most finicky, if i cant get things right over the week i may just go back to...
