Since you are getting new tires, have you considered going up a size or two? 30x9.5s fit easily and 31x10.5s do as well with no lift. Going bigger than these require 'adjustments' to fit the tires without rubbing and no lift.

Add-a-leafs are an option as well. I like them on my pickup. I ended up removing the overload leaf and replacing it with the AAL. I would avoid blocks, they add stress to the springs and can cause them to 'wrap' more easily.
