Hit the tire from the rear while rotating.The wheels are hub centric. There is a little lip in the center of the hub, the center of the wheel sits on it. Next time put some anti seize on it.

If it is hardened sap. Rubbing alcoholwill take it off. Also can use a steam kettle or hot water sparingly to soften it.

Run some baling wire around it. Put some tension on it and see if you can engage some threads while unscrewing it.

If the master switch functions for other doors then check inside the wireloom. Going into the door from the body may be a broken of frayed wire.
