Faded Silver I have a 2004 silver 4runner. The fenders are so faded they're practically white. I recently removed the yellow hazing from the headlights. I guess my next project will consist of salvaging :flamethrwoer2: the fenders.

My ole battery died in Sep '10. I could have gotten more life out of it but I would leave the truck parked 3 months at a time without disconnecting the battery.

Attached is a pic of my truck with A/T's... plenty of room as long as your not doing any climbing. Occasional front rub entering steep angled driveways. I plan to get a lift some day to kind of give it a better look.

Any suggestions on where I may get a lift installed in honolulu? I'm sure by now most places know what they're doing when it comes to Xtreas suspension.

I'm at 59,500. I went to the dealership thinking the timing belt had to be changed at 60,000. I practically called the guy behind the counter a liar when he said it didn't have to get changed until 90,000 miles along with the water pump. After reviewing previous post, looks like I have a ways...

I'm currently deployed. Although it's too late to do anything about it now; should I had disconnected my battery for the 3 months I was away? If so what should I expect when I reconnect the battery. Any major resets need to be done when battery is disconnected for such a long time?

The tires are awesome. Good traction in the snowy mountains of SoCal. The tires handle well in the rain. White letters mounted on the inside. I would buy them again.

Or moonroof gets stuck open. What I've notice here in town are tons of Runners with no spoiler or roof rails. It gives it a sleek look. If I had extra cash I'd get an additional Runner with no spoiler or rails.

I've used 87 since '04. Seems to run smooth.
