    (Solution) Mini VCI + Toyota TIS Techstream 8.x on Windows 7/8 64-bit.

    strange everything seems to check ok and firmwareupdatetool device info is the same as yours so I'm not sure why I keep getting the cannot connect to vim. I am running a win 7 64 bit.
