test it , it should have 12 V all the time

from your photo , should be the bigger one connector and the wire u looking is the top one of the bottom connector when looking at your photo, white with blue

on the S23 connector pin #1 or pin#10 wire ( white with light blue strip) both are the power side , so either one will be ok the S23 only have 20 pin , the other one S22 is 24 pin , so dont mix up

i just removed the radio no.2 fuse , then fix it , coz it does not power up the amp , and sound good now , so dont have re & re the cargo panel to disconnect the connection from the amp
