I have an issue when starting my 1994 3.0 TD T4R. When I turn the key to start it up, it makes a loud noise whilst starting. The noise sounds like the noise you'd get if your car is already runner and you try and turn it over again.
Is this a problem with the brush ring, contacts in the starter...
