Did you ever figure out why you were not getting 12v to the blue green VSV?? Im having the same issue on a 97 limited truck with the push button 4wd on the shifter stick.. I can trick the truck into 4wd by swapping the vac lines so all the wheels pull, but the VSV to ENGAGE isnt getting 12v..
