Oil change If you change your oil and filter religously at 3000 miles, than conventional oil would be adequate (decent brand) and save yourself the cost differntial from synthetics. Most who use synthetics are trying to get longer oil change intervals (5000+) or high mileage/heavier load use.

I am looking at Pioneer models...AVH P3400BH. Pioneer has a number of models in this line from basic to fully loaded. The 3400 is middle imo, I don't need a lot of bling/etc. Price is running $300+ online. Let us know what u get and install pics if you can.

Crutchfield has the gear and tech assist to work thru the upgrade. Probably should replace hu and amp same time. It can be made to work only hu but cumbersome, crutchfield tech assist details challenges.

Just bought a 2005 4R Sport Edition and am seriously disappointed in quality and volume of the JBL system. HU is adequate for now but volume is low on cd's, barely adequate on radio. Feel initial upgrade needs to upgrade amp and at least front/rear door speakers/sub (phase 1). Prefer two...
