As far as I would understand it should be! This is also a Toyota stock radio, it’s not aftermarket so I can’t see why you would need to buy any wiring bracket or anything like that. It should also be a perfect fit into your head unit so no need for a mounting bracket either I wouldn’t think...
I have an oem touch screen radio from the 4th gen limited edition. Still works perfectly fine, just upgrading. Asking $350 obo, I’ll pay for shipping
