It is a DNX994s. I was not a fan of the Entune either. I like this one as the touch screen is capacitive touch. I have been enjoying this build. I would do a roof rack, but I would have a problem with parking garages.

I installed a Kenwood radio, with the Maestro link. I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but it will monitor the transmission temperature.

I have and if it does it again I will. I am almost never turning while backing up an incline. So it really hasn't annoyed me yet.

The wheels and tires are now installed. There is some minor rubbing when on an incline, in reverse and a fully locked turn. It rubs on the front of the inner fender-well. This problem will go a way with the new bumper.

I had a 2wd 2014 4runner. It was a great vehicle. If you don't need the 4wd go with 2wd. That being said, I didn't need 4wd, and end up wanting 4wd. I traded in the 2014 2wd and got a 2018 4wd.

I found out that the Toyota TRD wheels are only 7" wide. So this started the wheel hunt for something that would be capable of mounting at 285 wide tire. I found the FN FX Pro wheel. I should have those by the beginning of next week, and will then have a set of BF Goodrich 285x70xR17 mounted on...

The lift is finally installed.

So the new 4runner is a little over a month old, and I am starting to catch the modding bug. It came with the off road package from the factory. I was able to work a deal. So out of the gate it has the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 tires, TRD Wheels, the all weather mats, and Toyota Rock Sliders...
