They only look the same. They are not the same dimensions. The bolts aren't even the same space. The front bars on the FJ go up much further. And I'm 100% b/c I was going to buy a used FJ rack to put on my 4Runner but measured first and noticed instantly. And the FJ has 6 mounting points and...

Bingo. Our first TRD PRO's came in 2017 stock but the sunroofs have been in the other models for a few years before that and I'm thinking 2010 or 2014. Lucky the 2019 models for USA now have them. Some still don't have the mirror blinker lights in the USA though. Strange

People were asking if it fit, how it looks, how to assemble, where to buy, how much and whatnot on many posts so I posted pics, lots of pics.. hahaha.

I like the way it sits on my FJ much better spanning all the way to the front but the FJ didn't have a sunroof so I think they designed it a bit different. When the FJ and 4Runner are sitting in my driveway both in cement and same style roof rack it looks great.

Painted my black letters Cement I bought those black caps like everyone else but I painted them OEM Cement color. Turned out great and super easy.
