H&R raising springs - Any reviews?

I'm late to the party but I have been running them for 10k miles now and very pleased. I have 2wd/3rd row model and the front was a little high. gained 2.5" in front after break-in and 1.5" in rear. later I added 1.5" daystar spacer on the rear and 2-3" fox 2.0. I will be adding the front Fox...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

thanks, I would have liked the rear shocks 1" longer and then will have to re-position the rear ABS wire bracket. The tundra rear shocks I had were not going to work due to the lower eye size difference. Only reason being when I drop one rear wheel off the curb I feel the full extension, flying...

Black Trail edition: powder coat trails black or dark grey?

I like them too. I was going to spray them gloss black. Now bronze is sounding good too. If gray I would go dark like the Lexus hyper silver.

H&R springs have a good reputation for giving the better ride when lowering cars I was hoping the did that with the “raising springs”. H&R Adventure Raising Springs | H&R Special Springs, LP...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Yeah, the H&R spring describes them 2” lift in front using factory components so I was gonna try it that way first. But want to keep the caster positive and not go higher than 2” so 5100 may not be the one. Thanks for the tip on 5th gens can have up to 2” in the rear. Then the 1” rear should be...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Front will be stock shock at first with the shock rod spacer that extends it’s length 3/8”. Rear will be stock newer tundra tokico that I have. Only if they are longer than the original. Plan to add on bilstiens 5100’s if the above plan is no good.

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Yes, I am going for lifted comfort with this one. Will be happy to share the details. Expected to receive them 2-3 weeks due to special order. I kept going back to check on my back order of Eibach's and found them. So I canceled my order of the Eibach pro lift to try these out.

    3rd Gen 4Runner Lift Information and FAQ's

3rd 4runner lift Does the rear sway bar limit the rear extension travel when using the landcruiser coils? It seams like the ride is unusually stiff, maybe its just the coils. A way to save money on the rear brake line is to just buy another stock one and connect the two together. Its like $10...
