I have a 2003 with the 4.7L V8. Looking at the same locations in your photos on my vehicle. Photo #1 There is no connector to that part. Photo #2 There is also that hole on my vehicle. Photo #3 There is nothing mounted to the holes on the Intake Manifold.

When I had my dash pad replaced, I dropped it off at the dealer at 7:30am and they called me at 12:00 noon to say the job was done.

I have Michelin Latitudes on my 2003 (4X2), they are quiet and ride smoothly.

First thing to do is find out exactly where your leaking coolant from. You need to pressure test the cooling system.

That is the "low pressure" side service valve for the air conditioner. The "gray" colored cap should have the letter "L" on it indicating the low pressure side. The plastic cap keeps dirt out of the service valve connection port. Go to your local auto parts store and show them the photo or have...

If it is a "ground wire" you can splice in another length of wire and attach it to another location near by that is a suitable ground. It is much easier than trying to drill out the original broken screw/bolt.
