Hi all, I took my 93 4runner to have the Transmission & Diff oils changed. When replacing the oils the mechanic found a broken tooth from the Crown Wheel from the front diff. Should I be concerned about this at all ? The Toyota dealer was quoting something like $1000 to replace the crown...

Actually, that's a good point. I don't think I asked Toyota to check the Transmission Fluid. You'd expect they would have replaced it at a 100k service wouldn't you ? Worth an ask I reckon.
