Haydenatx, Did you look into this? I did confirm the axle is a semi-float which means the axle shaft not only provides the rotation for movement but also carries the rig. If the flange that the wheel bolts to is bent it will wobble when rotated. You may even be able to see this while going...

I'd try to jack and support everything, then roll the tire to see if it wobbles or if it stays this way. If it wobbles you may have a bent axle flange (I assume it's a semi-float... still learning). If it stays tilted you may have a bent axle housing. There isn't much to align in the rear...
