I did not have the extended warranty. I am in Charleston, SC and went to West Ashley Toyota for the part. I'm sure I would have paid double the $62 if they had installed, but it's VERY easy to do yourself! Extended warranty should cover, and I believe that one of the threads here indicated...

Just tried the tip on replacing the faulty relay (90987-02022) with the updated part (90987-02028) and it worked like a charm. Thanks for the help! Ran me about $62 for the part.
