I have the same squeaking i have pass 2 set of bilstein and they alway comme back ,but i have notice when a friend is jumping on the driver side to make it move when i pry the top bolt the sound is less loud so i am wondering if the coil when it flex side to side maybe is rubbing on top plate...

yah i knoe but for the moment the front of my rider is okay ! i only have a 3inch coil spacer ! because i have 3inch shock so i for the suspenstion i will more look to change my track bar and rear arm for more sweet comform ride !

Direct on rought country website buy the 6 inch lift kit from the fj cruiser and after add coil spacer and voila !

For my self i am using a custom fj 8 inch lift i love the ride of it

If you want to ride 40 you will need a lots of trimming one of my buddy on Instagram is Rolling 40' befoore you axle swap you should buy the 6 inch lift kit from rought country the fj one is bolt ont fj and 4runner have the same frame after you put coil spacer whit the 6inch to make 9 inch lifty...

Yah i knoe for the years i will make it only for 03-05 , you coul change you top plate for a 3 inch and put a spring of 3inch to make six and bodylift 1.5 you will clear them ! i run 315/70 on a 7.5 lift and no rubbing for me !or the more cheap way just put a 1 inch coil space on you other...

yes i will pull off my old fender flare and take them as my model for the metal on ! and after i will make them bigger to cover my wheel ! and yes i wikll do the rear and front, i will post all the update on that project and if everything is going well me and my boy will maybe make the product ...
