    Cincinnati, OH - Michelin LTX M/S 265/70/16 ($400 OBO)

I have 4 Michelin LTX M/S in size 265/70/16. One tire will come with a 99-00 4Runner Limited wheel (5star) and a Toyota Center cap (if you want it). $400 OBO, please see photos below. I'm not sure of mileage as I swapped the tires out right as I bought the vehicle. They're in really good shape...

Bug Deflector, is this one a good deal?

Oem Below is a link to the one I purchased, it appears to be factory and has the Toyota name printed on the corner. Deflector also came with a nifty paper cutout to ensure the bump stops are evenly placed across the front of the hood. 1996 Toyota 4Runner 4Runner Hood Protector #PT427-89011

    I hate my fog lights

Which piece is stuck? Do you mean the bulb itself is stuck in the rubber housing? It can sometimes be hard to get to. Just curious. Josh

    Indiana

Cincinnati Hi All I'm from Cincinnati, but spend quite some time in Indiana. I just recently put in a request via Facebook to join both the Midwest and Indiana Overlander's clubs (hopefully both will accept). Would love to get out and cruise with some folks some time (maybe this weekend if...

    Noise while stuck in reverse

I appreciate the response. They're definitely spinning 4hi as it works flawlessly in drive. As I said it makes the squealing noise and does not move. It's almost as though in reverse something is slipping or bound. So strange as 4lo digs out instantly. I'll definitely take a look at the...

    Noise while stuck in reverse

Hi Had a small question regarding a noise I hear in reverse. A little background, the rig's a 99 limited 4wd w/multimode 115K (no locker). Twice in the past 2 weeks I've been parked nose first downhill into a creek. When trying to back out in reverse the tires simply spin in rear wheel drive...

    4Runners in scenic places

No problem, looks really good. I'm also outside of the "put spacers on it" camp w/ my 3rd gen. Be nice if there were some folks in the Ohio area to run with, seems like all the nice folks with good rigs are out west. Keep the photos coming!

    4Runners in scenic places

Suspension What's the suspension set up on this one? I've been trying to track back. Is it just the Toytec 2 inch kit? Or do you have spacers, other mods etc.. By far my favorite look on a 5th gen thus far.

Post pics or your 4Runner with 265/75/16s

ProComp Xtreme MT2 Mine with 265/75/16. Vehicle has tall 99 springs (probably have slight sag at this point with 115k) and rubbed the front bumper slightly lock to lock. I took a saw to the plastic on the inside just slightly then sanded with a metal file. I haven't had any issues during flex...

Transmission hard shift from 1st to second.[Automatic]

Definitely the best advice thus far. Make sure the steel ball is flush if not inside the rubber boot.

    Lights/Radio Electrical

I just finished up testing this A.M. when pulling 3F the issue goes away. After jumping Pin 13 and 17 the issue is still gone. Am I safe to say the issue is inside Center J/B. Based on everything you've been saying it seems as though this is the case or do you think further testing is...

    Lights/Radio Electrical

Problem still exists after cleaning IF1, moving on to 3F. Will be sure to let you know what I find.

    Lights/Radio Electrical

Update: I did the test you said to do. Pin 16 and the Pin directly next to it both had power with the key in accessory. After pulling the accessory fuse I got no power to either. I went ahead and cleaned up the male and female ends of the plug. I'm waiting on them to dry entirely and then I'm...

    Lights/Radio Electrical

This is great. Again, really appreciate it. As irritating as it can be I actually (in a strange way) enjoy digging into this stuff. There's a photo of the male end of the plug below, I'll try to get the female end this evening when I start digging back into it after work. I honestly have no...
