Solved!!! Well, went to the Parts Store, had them run a code scan. It came up intermittant misfire, and misfire cylinders 1 and 4. Which are the same coil pack. So facing the engine, its 1 3 5 on left, 2 4 6 on the right. So I started it and sprayed windex on the exhaust at the cylinders, and...

Did it throw a code? Nope, filter was dry... Any other idea? Seems like its shy a cylinder or 2, Until under a hard load, then it smooths out, and the check engine light flashes
