Follow Up Just wanted to post an update about this setup 20k later for those interested. As Jono.ful stated, they have sagged about a total of 1/2-3/4 of an inch. This is also after adding a second battery, so more weight up front. They have performed fantastic both on and offroad the many...

    Dash Click/Rattle

Still There I want to keep this thread alive, as mine is for sure still present. Exactly as others have said. Tick Tick Tick. No matter the road smoothness, and 100% temperature sensitive. Anything below 55 degrees and it shows up. 60 and above and its completely gone. I also agree with...

    Ks Rock Park Pics

My brother and I went to the OHV park near Mapleton KS this Saturday to test out some suspension upgrades. The 14 has the front sway removed, the 12 is non KDSS but still has the sway. I think without I get a little more compression. Both ride fantastic on the trail. We played on the RTI...

    Dash Click/Rattle

I to have this mysterious rattle. I pulled the cowl today and noticed my plug was completely off the ghetto bracket. I hope this was the cause. It did seem temperature sensitive though, I will drive for a couple of days and see if it fixed mine.

    LawnDart's Build Thread

This is great stuff! I have been hearing a bad sound on right inclined sharp turns, and couldn't figure it out. read this, and bam! fixed. Drive shaft was hitting the RCI rear hanger bolt, All i had to do was flip the bolt. Lawndart, Rig looks amazing!

Toytec Boss vs Bilstein 6112/5160 setup

my vote would be the bilstein and camburg with balljoint. Light racing ones would make me nervous with what i have read on this forum, and i have installed the camburg on my brothers, they are nice. I also had the toytec boss on mine and removed, because the shocks kept leaking.

Great Build Nice work on the catch up work, you are right on the questions. I have thought about PM'ing you about that roof rack myself. We have similar taste. Do you notice any wind noise increase with the roof rack? I had a steel full length before and took it off. I live with my sunroof...

    OME 2887 and 90010 Installed

Alignment follow up As promised, I did end up putting a 1/2 inch top plate on the driver side and moved the 1/4 to the passenger. measures just over 22.75 center wheel to fender now. Looks perfect imo. Here are the alignment specs with stock UCA. After 10 days of driving on this setup...

Where did my lift go?! Opinions on a beefier suspension (BP-51)

I have just installed ome HD front, with OME shocks. For your reference I have a very similar weight up front. My center to fender height is 22.5, and i have a 1/4 top spacer on driver side only, they are dead even.

    Front Bumpers for 5th Gens

This is right on accurate, as i had 5100's with a winch and hidden winch mount and second battery the coils sagged badly, and under braking i really did not like the feel of the very heavy noise dive. So the next question is how much lift you want? If any.

    OME 2887 and 90010 Installed

I agree the height now looks about right. If they sag too much, i will just pull the strut mounts off the boss coils i have, which will give them another 1/2 to 3/4 height at the fender, and effectively add more droop:laugh:

Your Sig says you have 884, Do you like them? If so maybe just go to 885's unless you want a winch also, then do 887. But, in my research, when you start adding weight the options pretty much go to coilovers pretty fast. With coilovers and the weight I have I should get 700lb coils. at...
