I opened the cabin air filter compartment, pulled out the filter and let it run. Still noise. Removed Cabin Air Filter Test It's almost like a bearing making a noise or something?

Potentially, you really have the badges time in-between layers to full dry, and then I put about 9-10 layers... but i ended up taking all the badges off anyways. lol.. however the toyota emblems on from the front and back are still plasti dipped. happy with it.
