Not sure how it will compare to KDSS as I did not have that, but I wanted the stiffer ride than stock as the stock suspension had too much body roll. I have had this lift with JBA UCAs for about two years and 35k miles with no issues.

I went with the 3in OME with JBA UCAs about two years ago. No issues, had stock tires and getting 285/70R17s put in today. We will see how it goes.

Sounds like the material you are printing with or not the right temperature. I just found this post cause you posted and since I do some 3d printing, I will try and knock this out with PETG and see how it holds up.
