This seems to be correct. I emailed Toyota and got the response that based on my VIN the vehicle is not equipped with the "Entune App Suite" and not compatible with Remote Connect. Annoying as hell since the Remote Connect app is in the Apps suite but not able to be activated.

Just picked up a 2020 BR ORP last week for the wife. Does anybody know if remote connect works on this trim? She was told by the salesman it does but hasn't been able to get it set up and working yet. Now that we're starting to get some snow remotely starting it is moving up on her priority list.
