I run them on my '98, I used 1.25" spacers for a better look but they actually fit better without spacers. They stick out 4mm more then a stock 16" twinspoke, cant speak for other factory wheels though. My truck Edit: And they do fit over the 231 tundra brakes with or without spacers.

I change my air filter with a Denso every 10k and have cleaned my MAF once in my almost 2 years and 25k of ownership. Clean it when I got the truck because I figured, why not? Sitting at 248K currently. Maybe its time for a new MAF?

I went with OEM calipers and hardware, Hawk HPS pads and Stoptech cryo treated slotted rotors. Also Toytech braided hoses. Ive got 10k miles on them so far and love the combo. Stops extremely well with very little dust, no noise and have yet to get them to fade.

Another vote for the Alternator. Be sure to charge up the battery before you install it though, not good to put a high charging load on a fresh alternator.

That is pretty wild. Ive only seen a LCA fail like that from being in an accident. Otherwise its always the lower ball joint.
