So it appears there's a slight increase in price given the 2020 limited I built in the beginning of this year. The starting MSRP increased $410, the delivery handling fee increased $55 and for some reason the Keep it Wild Savings is not applying after selecting the sliding rear cargo option...

Agreed, it seems most never consider the harshness of their enviroment when parking a vehicle outside all year long. Although, the offroad variants on this forum probably are less concerned about that aspect. I also went with a Tacoma due to size and fit in my garage but that was 15 years ago...

More than likely the 4runner has a higher resale value but you can confirm it by looking at new and used prices of previous year models. Typical comparisons are made by some websites at the 3 year mark surrounding the residual value.

Got it and appreciate the explanation. This is the first time I've heard of it but of course have no experience with Jeeps other than my father-in-laws Grand Cherokee. As for the trade-in, I've sold my last 2 vehicles outright (made more that way too) and didn't even bother asking for a price...

The start/stop function is really annoying. My neighbor has that in a Volvo and it's questionable how beneficial it is in saving gas if you never sit in traffic. If they offer it then they should offer the ability to disable it.

I seriously hope not but could absolutely see this happening since that's what the 3rd Gen Tacoma has too. In it's current form the HP/Torque is about the same as the 4.0 offers too so not much to gain there. Stats of 3.5L from Tacoma: 3.5-Liter V6 DOHC 24-Valve direct-injection...
