Thanks for the response. I spoke to LiftSupportDepot last week and they recommended the PM4004. It's not marketed on their website but bolts right up to 4runners with the appropriate length and accepts the stock ball ends. If I understand correctly, the PM3489 is made for ladders at 240lbs...

Bump! I'm also looking for a heavier load strut than the PM3489. I plan to run a greenlane ladder with a 3gallon rotopax and trasharoo.

Installed XD new LED DRL Drivers. Already have LEDs but added the new drivers that reduce power from High beam to DRL level.
