Got the Eibach pro springs installed today and got it aligned. It aligned perfectly and so far I am very impressed with the springs and the ride is very comfortable. Running 285/70/17 Toyo open country at3. No rubbing and didn’t even have to remove the mud flaps.

That looks great. I have the exact same truck and will be getting these springs installed with Toyo open country at3 285's. Do you have lift height numbers after the springs settled? Also besides removing the front mud flap are you getting a new rubbing or did you do additional trimming?

From my understanding the SL and Japan made LT tires have the same side wall which is less aggressive than the USA made LT model.

Can anyone with LT285/70/17 in load range c confirm if their tires are made in Japan or usa? I’ve been reading that the sidewall on the us model might be more aggressive.

This is good to hear. Honestly I would probably only run it on stock suspension for a bit until I receive the Eibach pro springs and can get them installed probably about a week or 2 max after the tires.

It seems like the C range is a happy medium between tires in 285. I have heard pretty good things about the Toyo open country at3, I guess the only downside is they are not as aggressive looking as some other tires. They cut the inside of the front bumper a bit and push the fender liner...
