    Front Hitch 31076 vs 31367

Salvo Jimmy - Thanks! I also have to worry about departure angles getting on and off the Ferry's when I head to CALO and especially Portsmouth Island. Depending on the tide, and erosion, you never have the same arrival/departure angles. I have seen folks get hung up on the deck of the ferry...

    Front Hitch 31076 vs 31367

Salvo Jimmy - Thanks for posting your picture. I just ordered a Curt 31367 front hitch to attach my fishing rack on the front and a Curt 18153 folding rear basket to hold additional coolers on the back.

    CBI Front Receiver Hitch

Gone4Wheeling - This high clearance setup would be best for me. I have thought about making a custom hitch, but not having access to the tools to do the job and vehicle downtime for fabrication is pushing me toward the Curt 31367. If it is as simple as removing the front plastic trim to make it...

    CBI Front Receiver Hitch

FYI to all. :phone: I just hung up with CBI and they informed me the CBI Front Receiver Hitch has been discontinued... :pout:

    CBI Front Receiver Hitch

akexp4r Thank you for posting. I have the same Rig and I need this front mount hitch to support my fishing rack for my week long fishing trip. Now the underlying question, does CBI still fabricate this hitch as I do not see it on their website! Does anyone know for sure if this hitch is still...

    2014 Trail Rocker Trim

Decipher and Robsha Thank you both for posting pictures. Decipher - Your N-Fabs with trimmed side skirts, lift, and wheels all add up to an awesome overall stance/look for your 4Runner. Could you give me details on your wheels (size and offset) and brand of lift kit you used? My shocks are...

    2012 BP Limited Build Thread

DaveSki - When you did your lift, did you have to do much trimming of the finder liner or have to do a body mouth chop to make those 285s fit? Did you have to adjust your differential with spacers? Thanks!

    OG 5th Gen 10-13 models

To be honest either a Salsa Red Pearl or Shoreline Blue Trail would win hands down every time for me.

    Pearl white trail edition conversion

Hbryanlopez - I love this photo and what you have done with your rig. I know you have gone though several transformations but I wanted to ask if you remember what lift you had when this photo was taken and if you were running stock 265 tires with wheel spacers in this picture? The vehicle...

    OG 5th Gen 10-13 models

blksubykid - I have missed out on two different Salsa Red Pearl Trails in the past and to this day it has haunted me as "the one vehicle that got away". So this is what started the wheels turning in my head. If you could source the parts still, given the headlight retrofit, it could be possible...

    OG 5th Gen 10-13 models

So we see everyone updating to the 14+ bumpers to get the newer look, but have we seen anyone take a 14+ and convert it into a Early Gen 2010-2013? I for one would love to find out if anyone here has done that. The Salsa Red Pearl Trail Edition is like the Unicorn of 4Runners for me...

    Fire's Trooper 2014 Trail TE 4runner

Sorry to hear that. Would replacing the stock upper control arms help prevent a BMC?

    Thump after braking

I had the same issue that OP is describing but found out that my drive shaft was actually warped. I suspect it was from the previous owner not greasing the drive shafts at each oil change. I got lucky and found an open recall notice from Toyota while I was researching a repair/fix for my vehicle...

LOVE THOSE WHEELS! Let us know how the alignment went and if you were able to avoid a BMC and trimming!

    Limited Edition Mod Thread

DaveSki - Do you have additional photos of how your trimmed your stock rocker covers? Any close ups? silverado1957 - What rockers did you use here? They look like they match the rear finder trim. Did you trim the factory or did you use Early edition trail parts here?
