Is TMT Skyline rack noisy?
For those who have now used the TMT Skyline rack on your 4Runners for some time now, would you say it is noisy or relatively quiet while driving on the highway?
I am shopping for a rack for my new 4Runner, and am hard-pressed to find any reviews discussing the noise...
