I've owned my 4runner from day one
I am also looking for new ideas to upgrade but (maybe) not go crazy.
My first step was replacing the carpeting in my 98. An company on eBay had a whole kit. I'm in the middle of installing it.
I've also done some sound-deadening, about 50% so far. Total cost...
