What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I don't agree with this. IMHO, so long as the old rotors are not scored or warped, I don't replace rotors when new pads are installed. Especially if the old rotors are OEM. Never had an issue after 30 years of doing my own brakes on my vehicles. PS - I always get OEM brake parts.

What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Those JIS screwdrivers are hard to find. I ordered a couple from Amazon, and they were shipped from Japan. Took a month. :( But they are a life-saver. A must have for any Toyota/Honda/Nissan hobbyist.

    Where's the mic?

I installed mine on the driver-side visor.

    Replacing front wheel stud

Not sure what you have, but on my '99 Tacoma 4x4, it just comes off, once the caliper is off. It could stick a little, like a rear drum does sometimes. But, like the drum, there are threaded holes that can be used to gently pop it off without the use of a BFH.

    I would love your suggestions...

I would have the valves gaps checked to be sure they are in range. If an exhaust valve is too tight (gap UNDER the range) you could soon end up with a burnt valve (not good).

    Rear wiper doesn't intermittent...

My old '84 runner had intermittent fronts, but not intermittent rear. Doesn't make sense to have that functionality. Yours likely never did. Just guessing here though, since my current rig is a Tacoma
