Do you think I should open the hood, hose off the engine while it is running to see if it does it again? They told me that it would be fine now, but I should not have to worry every time I drive it in the rain. Thanks

My wife and I just bought our 4Runner on Saturday August 2nd. While driving today in heavy rain and going through some small puddles of water, the truck lost power steering, air conditioning, ABS brakes and the 4 wheel drive system. The truck still ran and was drivable, but not recommended...
