2 codes: C0040 Right front wheel speed circuit malfunction C0141 Left tcs solenoid #1 circuit malfunction I assumed these were thrown as a result of the booster failure and not the other way around.

Yes, my further research brought that to my attention. I am looking to replace the assembly now, and just can't find a good how to. I don't want to get knee deep and realize I need a specialty tool. Thanks for the confirmation!!

Underfire, Did replacing the booster solve your problem? I believe that is the issue I am having with my '02 4Runner (brick brakes, ABS & brake dash lights, and the most annoying beeping sound imaginable), but it's worth the $6 to replace the valve and grommet before moving on to the booster...
