The alarm I got came with auto start. And the module to lower the window in the rear. You can add the sunroof and other Windows if necessary. Now a days they can add anything And don't worry Best Buy is as good as anyone to install I thought the same until I had them install...

Use a test light. See if it's getting power when the glove box is open. Also , have you tried putting on your parking lights and seeing if the bulb works. It could be inline with that.
