Have you found a solution yet? I have the same exact problem. Originally had the P0171 and P0141code and did MAF and O2 sensors. Then I plug in the Underdog O2 simulator and still get the PO141. I may have to look for a referal to a shop around Philly next.

Don't mean to thread jack but I was trying to find an answer without posting. I did get the P0171 code previously but after cleaning the MAF sensor it went away. Changed the O2 sensors, Fuel filter, Coils and sparks too. I still get a random hesitation and misfire with little power. Have to...

This is what I want to do, I'm worried about the max weight though. Rola says 150 LBS. I need to be able to put a couple hundred up there. I plan on welding L shaped angle iron like you did in the front all around the rack.

I'm doing this exact setup also but now I'm concerned. Are you running the 5100's in the rear too? Any spacer in the front?

What is the max lift you can achieve with this setup in the front? I have LC 7's for my rear so I will be around 3-3.5"
