12000 miles and I just started to have this problem. 2010 limited.

I'm north of Toronto and a combo of winter tires and winter gas is definitely killing my mpg. I get about 17 on the highway. Before winter I was getting 21 on the highway.

The roar is great isn't it.

I would also love to know the answer to these questions. Too afraid to get it installed and have everything not work.

I own a limited and I have no problems with the handling. I think it's actually pretty good considering the size of the truck.

My 2010 limited has done it from day 1. Thinking of bringing it up with the dealer next time it's in for an oil change. It's quite annoying.

It's definitely coming from the blower because it goes away if I turn the fan off. Super irritating if the radio is off.

Does anyone else feel that the blower puts out an annoying noise when running?

Took my 2010 limited through the car wash and on the way out the blower pushed in the hood. I mean it really had me worried that it had permanently put a sizable dent at the top of the hood where it meets the window, but it popped back out. This can't be normal I have never seen this happen on...

The air flow seems low but my 2010 heats up just fine and it's been 10-20 below celcius here.

I wonder if the credit card sized lexus smart card key could be programmed to a 4runner. My dad has a LS460 and has the smart card key. Oddly enough the regular key fobs for the LS460 have the same FCC ID that my 4runner key has which makes me wonder if the card would be compatible.
