Connector RA1 for 400W power inverter - from what i can tell in the electrical diagrams (Power Outlet 120v Sheet) ...which if you don't have an outlet in the truck, it may be pre-wired for one.

well if you dont want to take the belt anchor apart, maybe you can take the seat back off, and disassemble the headrest from there. If it's typical Toyota construction, the back should pop off with the removal of any latch/pull hardware.
