Yeah, that sound is your ABS doing a self test. It's normal but annoying. It will do it at startup and while you're driving at random intervals.

probably not. check with a dealer. last time I checked in the fall they were on a 'hold' due to the toyota floormat issues. I think they're done producing 3rd gen mats anyway. weathertech and husky make good aftermarket liners

Typically I'm in the 75-80 range on the highways and as long as it's straight. It can feel kinda skethy on curves at those speeds. When I was younger and dumber I had my '00 Prelude up to 140 (drag limited) a couple of times. That car truly felt like it was on rails.

mine were replaced by the dealer just before I bought it in Jan 09. I'm assuming it was because they were shot. In the beginning they were pretty stiff and you really had to slam the the door to make sure it fully closed. It looked and felt closed, but the gap by the tail lights was a bit wider...
