Finally got my Dobinsons lift and Dirt King UCAs on. Right now I have 285 BFG KO2s, but switching to 285 Nitto Ridge Grapplers this weekend.
Next on the list is Sliders, Front Bumper and winch, and Roof Rack. But all that has to wait until after I get married this summer.
Love this new color. Saw one in a REI parking lot a few weeks ago and it looks fantastic. If I was in the market for a new 4Runner, I would jump on one.
Thanks Ridefast! Your post is one that helped sway me to go ahead and get the dirt kings.
I also already got some 285 KO2s ordered at Discount Tire, so now all I need is for everything to get here and install it!
After reading some more, I decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and get the Dirt King UCA's with BJ.
I will take pics and let everyone know how this set up turns out, I am very excited!
Noticed that, not sure why it's doing that. If you look, in the middle, there is a link to continue to discount tire site.
I've tried linking it several times and it does the same thing.
Discount tire has -$140 instant savings on C load 285/70/17 KO2s right now. It is not advertised, just happened to catch it when I put them in the cart. I went ahead and picked up a set since I am having my lift put on soon and wanted to get these at a good deal.
I was really thinking about...
Just ordered this combo.
C59-302
GS59-700
C59-505
GS59-705
No UCAs
I already have FN Pro Wheels.
Just trying to decide between 285/70/17s and 275/70/17s.
Does anyone run this similar set up with 285's, and do you rub or not?
Thanks for any input!
Sucks man. I haven't had any of those problems except the stupid Entune doesn't read text messages like it is supposed to. But that doesn't really bother or surprise me. I had a Tundra before the 4Runner and it had the same issue with Entune.
The only thing I don't like, and it is minor...
