I need it to be able to display real-time data from sensors and to record it so I can share it, if necessary? Torque pro will do that - i.e. graph the o2 sensors and fuel trim in real time?

To replace it put some brake fluid on the old rotten grommet. That will soften it up after a day or so. They you can remove it and change the grommet easily :)

I have an '04. I dragged a semi tractor out of a ditch with it, no problem. It's 2 wheel drive :) 4.7 and that 4:10 rear... not much it won't do :) But it WILL use some fuel...

this morning... Started it. The fly by wire was dead. I've had a LOT of trouble with this truck losing contact at the connectors. That one is behind and below the throttle body on the passenger's side. Disconnected it, shot it with CRC contact cleaner then gooed it with Permatex sillyclone...

P0172. Too rich. gawd... Replaced the tps. It ran great. Started it the next day and right back to zero. It's not too rich. It's too lean. It staggers and bogs at takeoff then kicks in. I have a o2 sensor here. If it will work (leads long enough, right plug) I will put it in...

I heard that too. It is available online - rockauto.com has one but it has holes for the screws - not slots. That will NOT work - believe me! I bought an Asian, off ebay. Wasn't cheap... The adjustment sets the idle speed. Or has that affect - not necessarily because that's what it is...

These tps have "slots" instead of holes for the mounting screws. Implying that they adjust the mixture. There is yellow paint on the old one. So, any special way to adjust a new one as it is installed?

tps Just changed the injectors - el cheapo but original - and she runs better than she ever has. P0172 began. Pulled tps and, sure enough, 1 of the 2 circuits was open. Asian replacement on the way. Last one worked for 20 years :)

My pump motor runs fine. My current theory is the relay, which is somewhere under the right part of the dash, does not tu8rn the motor off sometimes, which causes all kinds of weird stuff. Would anyone be so good as to tell me where the relay is, what it's called and if I can get one on rock auto?

2001 sr5 3.4 at 2x4 At startup I hear a repetitive sound like a hand pump being operated at about 1.5 cycles per second. That continues for about 30 seconds then the ABS and the BRAKE lights come on, accompanied by a very irritating high pitched scream. Sometimes I feel a bump in the brake...

Yeah, you gotta watch how it's made - some of the joints will do ok with the fork, some won't. Thanks to all that replied. I rummaged around in the bottom of the toolbox and found a puller - hope it will fit and work :)
