Do NOT use Redline WaterWetter if you have red antifreeze in your 4Runner. If you do, you will be in for a nasty surprise. This stuff is not compatible with the new red antifreeze, only the green antfreeze. If you pour it in the results will be immediate and somewhat costly to fix.

Connector IE1 is under the lower left kick panel. Wire #A9 is the 24V/15A to the rear 24V power outlet. This power is present whenevr the key is in ACC or ON. If your pdf's have the original page numbers, the circuit is on page 298 of the 2004 4Runner manual. The wire is brown with a red stripe.

The terminals for the cigarette lighter are in connector IR1. This is a 6-position connector and the 6 terminals form a "U" pattern (more-or-less). The 12V wire is pin# 6 and the wire color is pink with a blue stripe. The ground wire is Pin# 5 and is white with a black stripe.
