If you have the proper set of wheels to fit your 4Runner then you should not need the rings. I have went from the stock wheels, to 20inch wheels, and now have 22inch wheels. I've put 15K miles on the clock with none of the problems you have mentioned. My advice is to take your truck to someone...

Where did you find this picture at? There's no way he can turn those front wheels without major rubbing. I have 22's on mine and it only leaves about an 1/8th inch of clearance at full turn. Any additional info on that truck is appreciated. George.

That's about a 1inch drop which I would take in a heartbeat. I think I need more of a 1.25-1.5inch to be level, or at least appear to be. I'll see if I can track down this website.

If somebody finds a set of lowering springs then please let me know. I have been looking to lower the back end of my runner to level it out with the 22's on it. I couldn't find a set anywhere. Thanks, George.
